FIGHT4PRIDE's first event
Boris Sherbatov will present a first event of mix martial arts (MMA) on May 30th in Laval.
According too La Voix des Guerriers, FIGHT4PRIDE, a new mixed martial arts organization led by Boris Sherbatov, will produce its first event on May 30th. Sherbatov explains that he intends to present shows on regular basis and that his organization will become a reference for MMA events. Sherbatov also added that he hopes that Quebecer fans of MMA will come to the event to support many talents who are training in Quebec.
Among these talents who should be on the first event produced by FIGHT4PRIDE, the promoter mentioned the names of Francis Charbonneau, Alex Laramée, Dimitri Waardenburg and Davis Dos Santos. Also scheduled, Yoni Sherbatov, who saw is first professionnal fight canceled last October since his American opponent has never been able to cross the border.
Yoni will fight in the 125-pound category. His brother and promoter, Boris Sherbatov, thinks that it will be an explosive fight between Yoni and Gabe Sagman. It will be a first professionnal experience for both fighters.
Abdel Medjedoub should also be among the fighters who could participate in the first show ever produced by FIGHT4PRIDE. Boris Sherbatov confirms that he has discussed with the manager of Medjedoub, but nothing has been confirmed at this time.
